Why a sweepstakes? There are many benefits but for the most part, it's fun! Who doesn't like the chance of winning big? It's a great way to provide an incredible savings on a large home improvement making a makeover accessible to many.

Is this a scam or marketing? Absolutely not. Your information will not be spammed or sold. We are in the business of windows & doors and are not interested in pestering people or selling information. What type of windows? We only provide premium, lifetime warranty, custom windows. We can't say it enough, not all windows are created equal. You’ll win new premium windows from a manufacturer such as Anlin, Pella, Ringer, and more. You’ll choose your windows based upon features desired. Yes, you still get a choice. Materials, options and extras are available depending upon the number of windows and the winner's $40,000 window & installation budget. A range of doors are available from manufactures like Pella, Oknoplast, Anlin, ProVia and more.

The Installation? The window and/or door installation will be provided professionally adhering to all state and local building codes. In addition, Austin Window Expert provides a leak free guarantee. If you are outside our installation area you are still eligible for the Cash Prize.

What is the prize? The prize is $40,000 in new windows and/or doors for your home with installation OR $20,000 Cash in lieu of the window/door prize, determined by the winner’s choice or location.

Where is the window installation area? The property to receive windows/doors and installation must be within 50 miles of Austin, Texas. You are still eligible for the cash prize if you are outside of the window installation area.

Why £? Once you are on Raffall’s website for tickets, you can choose to change the ticket price to USD. Each ticket can conveniently be purchased for approximately $5.22 or £4. No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes.

Who can enter? So many... You are not authorized to participate in this drawing transaction if you are a legal resident of New York, Florida, or any jurisdiction where participation in this drawing transaction or receipt of the prize is prohibited. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states in the United States) as of the date of obtaining the ticket.

BUYING WILL NOT HELP YOU WIN. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE ARE THE SAME AS THE CHANCES OF SOMEONE WHO PURCHASES SOMETHING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO GIVE ANY ADVANTAGE TO BUYERS IN A SWEEPSTAKES.

How do I enter? Read the Disclosures before entering. No purchase is necessary. There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes: (1) Purchase tickets by going to our Raffall Page, by registering for a Raffall account, and purchasing a ticket, and (2) Write in to enter without making a purchase by going to our Raffall Page, registering for a Raffall account, legibly handwrite your Raffall User ID, the Raffall ID for the drawing transaction, and the words “Raffall free sweepstakes entry” on a postcard, with proper 1st or 2nd class postage and mail to: 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom. All write-in entries must be postmarked and received at least 72 hours before termination of the drawing transaction period.

What is the minimum tickets required for the sweepstakes to end? A minimum of 8,260 qualifying entries is required to be issued in order for the Window/Door and installation prize or the US $20,000 to be awarded. If fewer than 8260 qualifying entries are issued, the winner will receive a cash alternative based on 50% of the total amount associated with those qualifying entries.

Do free tickets included in ticket bundles count toward the minimum qualifying entries? Free tickets included in ticket bundles increase your chances of winning. They do not count toward the 8,260 qualifying entries.

What happens if the minimum is not met? If fewer than the minimum qualifying entries are issued, a winner will still be drawn, and the winner will receive a cash alternative based on 50% of the total amount associated with those qualifying entries.

What about taxes? You won? Congratulations! Generally, all income is taxable in the US. This includes income you win from sweepstakes. Whether you win the Window/Door Prize or the USD$20,000 in cash, or a lesser amount of cash if the minimum entry requirement is not met, you will likely need to pay taxes. You should consult a lawyer or tax professional to assist you.​

What are the odds of winning? Potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning can be determined by dividing the number of tickets held by you by the total number of tickets issued in the sweepstakes.
